Everything sold here is a digital download, delivered instantly by email after checkout.

Your right to cancel. Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins - by completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day cancellation right for downloaded content.

If something is wrong. If your download link does not arrive, a file will not open, or the content is faulty in any way, contact us and we will fix it - replacement link, corrected file, or a refund where the content cannot be put right. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and those rights are never waived.
